Presley is a licensed social worker and committed member of the community. She is actively involved in the Junior League of Little Rock, holding several chair positions.

Presley is a certified trauma specialist, and founded the center for advocacy and awareness, an organization committed to educating attorneys and professionals on trauma.

In law school, Presley earned the Dean’s Certificate of Distinguished Public Service, the Certificate of Public Service, and was editor-in-chief of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service. She was also a representative for equal justice works national advisory committee, and now hosts continuing legal education courses on emotional abuse and trauma.

Outside of work, Presley is a mother of two boys and wife to a pretty cool guy. She also loves traveling, spending time with family, and especially loves her dog, Riley.

Presley practices in the areas of family law, child custody and support, divorce, child welfare law, child maltreatment, domestic violence law, dependency-neglet law, guardianship/adoption law, and more.

SYDNEY RASCH, ESQ.

Sydney is an experienced family law attorney with nearly two decades of experience working in the legal field. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and serves as the 2nd district chair for the Young Lawyers Division. Sydney is also a member of the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and is the Past President of Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. Sydney also serves as the 2nd District Representative on the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Client Security Fund Commission.

Sydney was born and raised in Central Arkansas and attended Cabot High School. An active member of the community, Sydney has served as a board member for several local nonprofits, including Pulaski & Perry County CASA, New Leaders Council - Arkansas, Arkansas Appleseed Legal Justice Center, and North Little Rock Friends of Animals, just to name a few, and volunteers with many others, including the Junior League of Little Rock. Sydney is especially passionate about helping victims of domestic violence. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sydney was a legal assistant and paralegal for eleven years. In law school, Sydney earned the Dean’s Certificate of Distinguished Public Service, the Emerging Leader Award, Top Paper awards in Bankruptcy and Contracts, the Certificate of Excellence in Bankruptcy from the American Bankruptcy Institute, and participated in the American College of Bankruptcy’s Distinguished Law Student Program. Sydney was awarded Alumnus of the Year by New Leaders Council Arkansas in 2022. Sydney is also a member of the League of Women Voters of Pulaski County.

Sydney also served as commissioner on the Pulaski County Board of Election Commissioners from May 2022 - January 2025.

Outside of work, Sydney is a loving dog & cat mom, decently-good wife, and loves trivia, hiking, puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.

Sydney practices in the areas of family law, child custody & support, divorce, domestic violence law, real estate law, employment law, creditor’s rights law, and civil/contractual litigation.

Abigail Rains

Abigail Rains has been a licensed attorney in Arkansas state and federal courts since 2023. She practices domestic relations, contract, civil, property, landlord/tenant, and employment law. She is also a certified mediator for domestic relations and civil cases and a participating member of the Access and Visitation Mediation Program. 

Abigail received her Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College in 2019, where she graduated with honors and distinction in Psychology. In 2023, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, a top 100 law school. Abigail approaches each case with a careful attention to detail and provides thoughtful strategy from the start. She endeavors to guide every client through the legal process as efficiently and compassionately as possible.

Leslie Turpen

Leslie has been with Turner & Rasch since 2024, where she supports both clients and attorneys through case management and administrative assistance. She plays a key role in keeping matters organized and moving forward efficiently, while also serving as a consistent and approachable point of contact for clients during what are often stressful legal situations.

Before entering the legal field, Leslie worked as a professional cake decorator and baking instructor. That experience sharpened her attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure — skills she now applies daily in her legal work. Her background also reinforced the importance of clear communication and client service, which remain central to her approach. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys crafting, thrifting, sipping coffee on her patio, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats, Lydia and Frankie.

PARALEGAL

Sthephany Lopez-Gomez

Sthephany joined Turner & Rasch in April 2023 as a paralegal and works closely with the firm’s attorneys to support family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related proceedings. She assists with drafting legal documents and helps ensure cases move forward efficiently. She is a dedicated and driven professional committed to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a collaborative team environment. Sthephany is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, Sthephany focused on supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. Over the years, she has worked in the field providing coaching and therapeutic support, and has also been involved in various volunteer initiatives, including Women & Children First and Hispanic-focused volunteer programs across the United States. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as being outdoors and in nature.

Michelle Collins

Michelle is an experienced and dedicated paralegal and works hard for each and every client to help them through difficult times. She is a graduate of Sylvan Hills High School, and now resides in Conway. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys painting, creating, and spending time with her beloved dog and granddaughter.

Elizabeth “Liz” Hines

Elizabeth Hines is our Office Administrator whose career path has been shaped by working closely with people in many different settings, and is now a passionate advocate for the clients of Turner & Rasch. She began as an esthetician, developing a deeper appreciation for listening, building trust, and providing personalized care. As a cake decorator, she learned patience, creativity, and the importance of getting the smallest detail just right. These experiences led her to the legal field, where precision, organization, and follow-through are essential. Across every role, she has taken pride in being someone others can rely on. Outside of her work environment, Elizabeth loves to spend time thrifting, creating artwork, and hiking with her partner and their three fur babies.

Daniela Dabolt

Daniela Dabolt is a bilingual legal professional who began her career as a lawyer in Mexico working in legal and administrative roles for government institutions and international firms and later continued her journey in the United States.

After moving countries, Dani followed her passion for helping others  navigate important moments in their lives. With years of experience supporting legal teams, she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the process. 

Outside of work, Dani is happily married to Tristen and together they share their life with Riley, their beloved furry baby, who keeps life full of laughs and love. She is a creative spirit who enjoys crafts, design, and anything colorful, along with Pilates and Barre. She believes that “a life without happy colors is not a life,” and brings that joyful energy into everything she does.
