Presley is a licensed social worker and committed member of the community. She is actively involved in the Junior League of Little Rock, holding several chair positions.
Presley is a certified trauma specialist, and founded the center for advocacy and awareness, an organization committed to educating attorneys and professionals on trauma.
In law school, Presley earned the Dean’s Certificate of Distinguished Public Service, the Certificate of Public Service, and was editor-in-chief of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service. She was also a representative for equal justice works national advisory committee, and now hosts continuing legal education courses on emotional abuse and trauma.
Presley practices in the areas of family law, child custody and support, divorce, child welfare law, child maltreatment, domestic violence law, dependency-neglet law, guardianship/adoption law, and more.

Sydney is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and serves as the 2nd district chair for the Young Lawyers Division. Sydney is also a member of the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and is the Past President of Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. Sydney also serves as the 2nd District Representative on the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Client Security Fund Commission.
Sydney was born and raised in Central Arkansas and attended Cabot High School. An active member of the community, Sydney has served as a board member for several local nonprofits, including Pulaski & Perry County CASA, New Leaders Council - Arkansas, Arkansas Appleseed Legal Justice Center, and North Little Rock Friends of Animals, just to name a few, and volunteers with many others, including the Junior League of Little Rock. Sydney is especially passionate about helping victims of domestic violence. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sydney was a legal assistant and paralegal for eleven years. In law school, Sydney earned the Dean’s Certificate of Distinguished Public Service, the Emerging Leader Award, Top Paper awards in Bankruptcy and Contracts, the Certificate of Excellence in Bankruptcy from the American Bankruptcy Institute, and participated in the American College of Bankruptcy’s Distinguished Law Student Program. Sydney was awarded Alumnus of the Year by New Leaders Council Arkansas in 2022. Sydney is also a member of the League of Women Voters of Pulaski County.
Sydney also served as commissioner on the Pulaski County Board of Election Commissioners from May 2022 - January 2025.
