Presley is a licensed social worker and committed member of the community. She is actively involved in the Junior League of Little Rock, holding several chair positions.
Presley is a certified trauma specialist, and founded the center for advocacy and awareness, an organization committed to educating attorneys and professionals on trauma.
In law school, Presley earned the Dean’s Certificate of Distinguished Public Service, the Certificate of Public Service, and was editor-in-chief of the Arkansas Journal of Social Change and Public Service. She was also a representative for equal justice works national advisory committee, and now hosts continuing legal education courses on emotional abuse and trauma.
Outside of work, Presley is a mother of two boys and wife to a pretty cool guy. She also loves traveling, spending time with family, and especially loves her dog, Riley.

Sydney is an experienced family law attorney with nearly two decades of experience working in the legal field. She is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association and serves as the 2nd district chair for the Young Lawyers Division. Sydney is also a member of the Central Arkansas Debtor-Creditor Bar, the Pulaski County Bar Association, and is the Past President of Arkansas Association of Women Lawyers. Sydney also serves as the 2nd District Representative on the Arkansas Supreme Court’s Client Security Fund Commission.
Sydney was born and raised in Central Arkansas and attended Cabot High School. An active member of the community, Sydney has served as a board member for several local nonprofits, including Pulaski & Perry County CASA, New Leaders Council - Arkansas, Arkansas Appleseed Legal Justice Center, and North Little Rock Friends of Animals, just to name a few, and volunteers with many others, including the Junior League of Little Rock and the League of Women Voters of Pulaski County. . Sydney is especially passionate about helping victims of domestic violence. Prior to becoming an attorney, Sydney was a legal assistant and paralegal for eleven years. In law school, Sydney earned the Dean’s Certificate of Distinguished Public Service, the Emerging Leader Award, Top Paper awards in Bankruptcy and Contracts, the Certificate of Excellence in Bankruptcy from the American Bankruptcy Institute, and participated in the American College of Bankruptcy’s Distinguished Law Student Program. Sydney was awarded Alumnus of the Year by New Leaders Council Arkansas in 2022. Sydney was also a Finest Honoree in 2023 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of Arkansas.
Sydney also served as commissioner on the Pulaski County Board of Election Commissioners from May 2022 - January 2025.
Outside of work, Sydney is a loving dog & cat mom, decently-good wife, and loves trivia, hiking, puzzles, and spending time with family and friends.

BROOKE-AUGUSTA WARE, ESQ.
Brooke-Augusta Ware is an experienced family law attorney with more than two decades of experience representing clients in complex and deeply personal legal matters. Since beginning her legal career in 2004, Brooke-Augusta has developed a reputation for thoughtful advocacy, strategic problem-solving, and a steadfast commitment to her clients’ interests.
Her practice focuses on family and domestic-relations law, including divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, and other matters affecting families. Brooke-Augusta understands that family law disputes are rarely just legal problems—they affect a person’s finances, relationships, children, and future. She approaches each case with the goal of providing clients with clear guidance and a practical strategy tailored to their individual circumstances.
Brooke-Augusta’s professional experience extends beyond private practice. She has served as a judicial law clerk in Pulaski County to Judge Collins Kilgore and Judge W. Michael Reif and as an adjunct professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, experiences that have given her valuable insight into both the judicial process and the development of future lawyers. Earlier in her career, she held leadership and development positions with organizations including Hendrix College, New York City Opera, and the William J. Clinton Foundation.
She earned her undergraduate degree in politics and history from Hendrix College, graduating cum laude, and her Juris Doctor from the William H. Bowen School of Law, where she graduated with honors. She is admitted to practice in Arkansas and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Brooke-Augusta was recognized by Arkansas Money & Politics as a member of the 2025 Legal Elite. She is an active member of the Arkansas Bar Association, where she serves on the Law School Committee and as a current member and former chair of the Family Law Section. She is also a recipient of the Golden Gavel Award, which recognizes outstanding leadership, dedicated service, and exceptional contributions to the legal profession. Brooke-Augusta is a current member and former board member of the Pulaski County Bar Association. Her commitment to service extends beyond the legal profession. She has served as a trustee of Camp Mitchell, a member of the Standing Committee of the Episcopal Diocese of Arkansas, and a board member of Opera in the Rock. At Christ Episcopal Church, she previously served on the vestry and chaired the Stained Glass Committee.
She is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Little Rock and Little Rock Public Radio, a former chair of Picassos, and a member of the Pulaski Heights Elementary PTA Board and the Hillcrest Merchants Association. Through her professional, civic, and community involvement, Brooke-Augusta has demonstrated a longstanding commitment to leadership and service in central Arkansas.
Ware has made continuing legal education presentations on the topics of family law, work-life balance, civility in the practice of law, and guardianship.
Throughout her career, Brooke-Augusta has remained committed to the people behind the cases she handles. She believes effective family-law representation requires not only a command of the law and strong litigation skills, but also the ability to listen carefully, communicate candidly, and help clients make informed decisions during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.
Brooke-Augusta is licensed to practice in all Arkansas state courts, the Eastern and Western District of Arkansas (federal), and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.

ABIGAIL RAINS, ESQ.
Abigail Rains has been a licensed attorney in Arkansas state and federal courts since 2023, and joined Turner & Rasch in February 2024. She practices domestic relations, contract, civil, property, landlord/tenant, and employment law. She is also a certified mediator for domestic relations and civil cases and a participating member of the Access and Visitation Mediation Program.
Abigail is also an Attorney ad Litem.
Abigail received her Bachelor of Arts from Hendrix College in 2019, where she graduated with honors and distinction in Psychology. In 2023, she received her Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky College of Law, a top 100 law school. Abigail approaches each case with a careful attention to detail and provides thoughtful strategy from the start. She endeavors to guide every client through the legal process as efficiently and compassionately as possible.
JESSALYNN BORN-DAVIS, ESQ.
Jessalynn M. Born-Davis is an associate attorney at Turner Rasch, LLP, with more than 15 years of experience in civil litigation, trusts and estates, probate, business formation, guardianship, and juvenile law.
Since 2014, she has served as counsel for the State of Arkansas in dependency neglect and adult maltreatment cases, regularly appearing in court hearings and trials throughout the state on behalf of her clients.
Jessalynn's contributions to the legal community have earned notable recognition, including a feature in Arkansas Business and being voted among the Best of Lawyers by AY Magazine several years in a row.
Before joining Turner Rasch, Jessalynn spent twelve years as the managing member of Born Law Firm, LLC, a general practice in her hometown of Beebe, Arkansas. She spent four years as an attorney with Jack Nelson Jones & Bryant, P.A. in Little Rock, where her work spanned family law, debt collection, business and labor litigation, general civil litigation, municipal bond transactions, and probate. During this time, she authored weekly columns for the Daily Record newspaper and monthly features for the Employment Law Newsletter, and contributed research and writing to published employment and business law articles, including the Arkansas chapter of 50 Employment Laws in 50 States.
Jessalynn began her legal career as a law clerk with the David Hodges Law Office, where she conducted extensive legal research for tort actions, managed probate and nursing-home-neglect cases, and compiled case summaries for the state supreme and appellate courts. Earlier in her career, she worked in contract management and paralegal roles, including as Contracts Manager at Technisource, Inc., where she provided legal support to a 300-person nationwide sales team and negotiated contracts with Fortune 500 clients, and as a paralegal with Carney Williams, PLLC, supporting complex multi-district litigation such as securities class actions and mass tort cases.
Jessalynn holds a Juris Doctorate with honors from the UALR William H. Bowen School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Professional and Technical Writing from UALR. She also earned a Paralegal Certification from Arkansas State University. She is licensed to practice law in Arkansas (Bar No. 2011140) and holds a Notary Public commission.
EMILY REYNOLDS, ESQ.
Emily Reynolds joined Turner & Rasch LLP in July 2026, bringing a diverse legal background, extensive academic training, and a unique perspective shaped by her education in law, business, economics, finance, and social work.
A native of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Emily earned two bachelor’s degrees from Arkansas Tech University in 2006—a Bachelor of Science in Management and Marketing and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2010 and has been licensed to practice law in Arkansas since 2011.
Emily’s practice is notably broad. She represents clients in criminal defense, bankruptcy, appellate matters, domestic relations and family law, probate, and general civil litigation. Her experience across multiple areas of law allows her to approach complicated legal problems from several angles and to assist clients whose legal needs do not always fit neatly into a single practice area.
Emily is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas and the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Arkansas. She is a certified Domestic Relations and Dependency-Neglect Attorney Ad Litem and a certified mediator.
Recognizing that many legal disputes involve complex family dynamics, trauma, mental health concerns, and significant life transitions, Emily further expanded her professional training by earning a Master of Social Work from the University of Kentucky in 2023. She currently holds a provisional LMSW license and expects to complete the final licensing examination later in 2026. Her social-work education complements her legal practice, particularly in cases involving children, families, and individuals navigating difficult or high-conflict circumstances.
Emily’s combination of legal experience, financial and business education, and social-work training gives her an interdisciplinary perspective that is particularly valuable in cases involving overlapping legal, financial, and family issues.
At Turner & Rasch LLP, Emily handles matters ranging from family law and probate to criminal defense, bankruptcy, appeals, and civil litigation, expanding the firm’s ability to serve clients through an even broader range of legal challenges.
Leslie Turpen
Leslie has been with Turner & Rasch since October 2024, where she supports both clients and attorneys through case management and administrative assistance. She plays a key role in keeping matters organized and moving forward efficiently, while also serving as a consistent and approachable point of contact for clients during what are often stressful legal situations.
Before entering the legal field, Leslie worked as a professional cake decorator and baking instructor. That experience sharpened her attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure — skills she now applies daily in her legal work. Her background also reinforced the importance of clear communication and client service, which remain central to her approach. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys crafting, thrifting, sipping coffee on her patio, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats, Lydia and Frankie.
PARALEGAL
Sthephany Lopez-Gomez
Sthephany joined Turner & Rasch in April 2023 as a paralegal and works closely with the firm’s attorneys to support family law matters, including divorce, custody, and related proceedings. She assists with drafting legal documents and helps ensure cases move forward efficiently. She is a dedicated and driven professional committed to providing exceptional client service and maintaining a collaborative team environment. Sthephany is bi-lingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently.
After earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, Sthephany focused on supporting women and children affected by domestic violence. Over the years, she has worked in the field providing coaching and therapeutic support, and has also been involved in various volunteer initiatives, including Women & Children First and Hispanic-focused volunteer programs across the United States. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as being outdoors and in nature.

Elizabeth “Liz” Hines
Elizabeth Hines is our Office Administrator whose career path has been shaped by working closely with people in many different settings, and is now a passionate advocate for the clients of Turner & Rasch. She began as an esthetician, developing a deeper appreciation for listening, building trust, and providing personalized care. As a cake decorator, she learned patience, creativity, and the importance of getting the smallest detail just right. These experiences led her to the legal field, where precision, organization, and follow-through are essential, and Elizabeth joined Turner & Rasch in January 2025. Across every role, she has taken pride in being someone others can rely on. Outside of her work environment, Elizabeth loves to spend time thrifting, creating artwork, and hiking with her partner and their three fur babies.

Daniela Dabolt
Daniela Dabolt is a bilingual legal professional who began her career as a lawyer in Mexico working in legal and administrative roles for government institutions and international firms and later continued her journey in the United States. Daniele joined Turner & Rasch in December 2025.
After moving countries, Dani followed her passion for helping others navigate important moments in their lives. With years of experience supporting legal teams, she takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for clients and ensuring they feel heard, supported, and confident throughout the process.
Outside of work, Dani is happily married to Tristen and together they share their life with Riley, their beloved furry baby, who keeps life full of laughs and love. She is a creative spirit who enjoys crafts, design, and anything colorful, along with Pilates and Barre. She believes that “a life without happy colors is not a life,” and brings that joyful energy into everything she does.
