Leslie Turpen

Leslie has been with Turner & Rasch since 2024, where she supports both clients and attorneys through case management and administrative assistance. She plays a key role in keeping matters organized and moving forward efficiently, while also serving as a consistent and approachable point of contact for clients during what are often stressful legal situations.

Before entering the legal field, Leslie worked as a professional cake decorator and baking instructor. That experience sharpened her attention to detail, time management, and ability to work under pressure — skills she now applies daily in her legal work. Her background also reinforced the importance of clear communication and client service, which remain central to her approach. Outside of work, Leslie enjoys crafting, thrifting, sipping coffee on her patio, and spending time with her friends, family, and two cats, Lydia and Frankie.
